SHIPPING POLICY SENTO MODO

Welcome to the Sento Modo shipping policy. Here you'll find all the information about how and when your order will be delivered.


1. PRINT-ON-DEMAND: HOW IT WORKS

All Sento Modo products are made especially for you after you place your order. This means:

  • We have NO stock
  • Production starts immediately after your payment
  • This takes 2–7 business days
  • After that, your order is shipped

2. TOTAL DELIVERY TIME

Your total delivery time consists of: PRODUCTION TIME + SHIPPING TIME

PRODUCTION TIME: 2–7 business days

  • The product is printed and packaged
  • You will receive an email once it has been shipped
  • From that moment you can track your package

SHIPPING TIME (after production):

Netherlands & Belgium:

  • Standard: 3–5 business days
  • Total delivery time: 5–12 business days from order

Europe (other countries):

  • Standard: 5–10 business days
  • Total delivery time: 7–17 business days from order

Rest of the world:

  • Standard: 10–20 business days
  • Total delivery time: 12–27 business days from order

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to customs, public holidays or busy periods at delivery services.


3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Your location
  • The weight of your order
  • Number of items

You will see the exact shipping costs BEFORE placing your order at checkout.

Standard rates:

  • Netherlands: from €4.95
  • Belgium: from €5.95
  • Europe: from €9.95
  • Worldwide: from €14.95

FREE SHIPPING: We regularly run promotions. Keep an eye on our website and social media!


4. TRACK & TRACE

Once your order has been shipped: ✓ You will receive an email with tracking information ✓ You can follow your package online ✓ You can see when your package is on its way and when it will be delivered

Please note: It may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipping.


5. DELIVERY OPTIONS

HOME DELIVERY:

  • Package is delivered to your home
  • If no one is home: neighbour notification or collection at post office/parcel point

Make sure you enter the correct address:

  • Street name + house number + addition
  • Postcode
  • City
  • Country

WRONG ADDRESS? If you have entered an incorrect address, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. You cannot change your order once production has started.


6. WHAT IF MY PACKAGE DOESN'T ARRIVE?

WITHIN EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME: Please be patient — packages can sometimes be delayed. Check your tracking information.

AFTER EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME (+ 5 extra days):

  1. Check your tracking status
  2. Check with neighbours or at a parcel point
  3. Still nothing? Email us at info@sentomodo.com with your order number

We will help you further and find out where your package is.


7. DAMAGED PACKAGE OR PRODUCT?

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of both the packaging AND the product
  2. Accept the package ANYWAY (important for your claim)
  3. Email us within 48 hours via info@sentomodo.com
  4. Include your order number and attach photos

We will resolve it for you with a replacement or refund.


8. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

WITHIN THE EU:

  • No extra costs
  • Everything is included in your order

OUTSIDE THE EU:

  • Import duties and customs charges may apply
  • These costs are at the customer's expense
  • Amounts vary by country
  • Check with your local customs office for exact amounts

Please note: If you refuse to pay customs charges, your package will be returned and you will receive NO refund.


9. MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE ORDER

If you order multiple items:

  • They may be shipped from different locations
  • You may receive multiple packages
  • Each package has its own tracking information
  • Items may arrive on different days

This is normal for print-on-demand and ensures the fastest possible delivery!


10. MODIFYING OR CANCELLING ORDERS

IMMEDIATELY AFTER ORDERING:

  • Email us as soon as possible at info@sentomodo.com
  • Include your order number
  • If production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel

AFTER PRODUCTION HAS STARTED:

  • Unfortunately cancellation is no longer possible
  • The product is being made especially for you
  • You can still return it if it contains a production defect

11. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & BUSY PERIODS

Be aware during:

  • Christmas/New Year (December–January)
  • Black Friday/Cyber Monday (November)
  • Other public holidays

During these periods, expect:

  • Longer production times (up to 10 business days)
  • Longer shipping times
  • Increased pressure on delivery services

Order in time if you need a product by a specific date!


12. WRONG OR MISSING PRODUCT?

Have you received the wrong product or is something missing?

  1. Check your order number and order confirmation
  2. Email us within 7 days via info@sentomodo.com
  3. Include:
    • Your order number
    • What you received
    • What is missing or incorrect
    • Attach photos

We will send you the correct product free of charge!


13. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Why does delivery take so long? A: Because we only make your product after you order. This requires 2–7 days of production plus shipping time. This way we avoid waste and you get to enjoy a fresh product!

Q: Can I have my order shipped faster? A: We currently only offer standard shipping. The production time remains the same.

Q: Do you ship worldwide? A: Yes! We ship to virtually every country in the world.

Q: How will I know when my order has been shipped? A: You will automatically receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Q: My tracking isn't working — what now? A: Wait 24–48 hours after shipping. Tracking information often only becomes active after this period. Still not working? Email us!

Q: Can I collect my order? A: No, we ship all orders directly to your specified address.
